We’re delighted to announce that the latest airtightness testing at our Temple Newsam Estate project has successfully exceeded the project’s demanding target, achieving 0.55 ACH against the required 0.6 ACH

This excellent result demonstrates the precision of our off-site manufactured timber engineered solutions and advanced airtightness detailing.
The £5.9 million facility is being constructed for Leeds City College’s School of Animal Care and Land Management, providing a modern learning environment for over 300 students, including new dog grooming salon, seven classrooms, reception and student support areas.
Passivhaus performance starts long before the air test itself. It is achieved through careful design, quality manufacturing and meticulous installation, and we’re incredibly proud of everyone involved in delivering this outstanding result.
