Timber Innovations has been shortlisted at the Build It Awards 2026 for the UK’s first Passivhaus Premium home.

Duck End Barns has been named on the shortlist for Best Eco Home at the Build It Awards 2026, adding to a remarkable few weeks of recognition for the project, following its recent feature in The Times.

The home was built using our award-winning Larsen Panel, manufactured offsite at our Redditch facility, incorporating SMARTPLY AIRTIGHT panels from MEDITE SMARTPLY. The result is a home with a heating demand of just 14 kWh/m²/yr that generates far more renewable energy than it uses.
