We’re delighted to announce that Timber Innovations has been shortlisted for Healthcare Project of the Year at the Structural Timber Awards 2026!

The recognition is for our work on The Rob Burrow MND Centre at Seacroft Hospital in Leeds, where our team was responsible for the engineering, offsite manufacture and installation of the advanced Glulam Timber Frame superstructure.

The new facility has been designed to provide a dedicated environment for people living with motor neurone disease, bringing specialist care and support together in one purpose-built centre.

Our use of precision-engineered timber and offsite manufacturing helped provide a streamlined solution, supporting programme and budget requirements while helping to minimise the impact of construction activity on the surrounding clinical environment.

A fantastic achievement for everyone involved in bringing this significant project to life. Congratulations to all the other shortlisted companies and we look forward to the awards in September 2026.
