Key features include a circular economy design utilising glulam and timber frames, a Passivhaus fabric-first approach with natural materials, and energy efficiency powered by a ground source heat pump and rooftop photovoltaic systems. The biophilic interiors promote health, well-being, and adaptability, achieving an EPC A+ rating by generating more energy than it consumes.
